"Ugly Dumpling" is Coming Soon to Smith Haven Mall!
Construction is underway on the new 230-seat Ugly Dumpling restaurant, featuring a full bar and an innovative menu. Located in the former TGI Fridays space, the project includes a complete interior and exterior facade renovation. MLC is pleased to share some progress photos.

A new church will be built completely and ready to open for the community of Bayshore, NY.
"IGLESIA APOSTOLICA FUENTE DEL LIBANO" will provide a Nave for over 300 occupants, a full basement with office space, classrooms, storage areas and a full commercial kitchen. The site will provide enough parking and beautiful landscape areas.
