The PRT shop has been turning raw steel into reliable tank components for a long time. That experience shows in every weld pass, every fit up, and every component that ships to the field.

𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Three awards. One year. Paso Robles Tank, Inc. is proud to close out our 2025 STI/SPFA recognition with a Steel Product Award in the Repair and Modification category.

This award recognizes our seismic retrofit of the 2.0 MG Korblex Reservoir, a 130-foot diameter, 2.0-million-gallon welded steel tank built with 224 tons of steel.

Work included full removal of the existing roof, structure, and appurtenances, replaced with a new shell ring and two-bay external press-brake formed roof with an open halo support system. The result: stronger structural capacity, no internal obstructions, and improved long-term access and serviceability.

This one caps off an incredible year of recognition, and we could not be prouder of the team that made it happen.

𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗽𝗶𝗽𝗲
Paso Robles Tank, Inc. is honored to receive another 2025 STI/SPFA Steel Product Award, this time in the Standpipe category.

The award recognizes our work on the Southeast 1.5MG Reservoir in Yelm, Washington — a 128-foot, 1.5-million-gallon AWWA welded steel standpipe constructed with 305 tons of steel. Featuring a self-supporting umbrella roof, internal mixing system, and a clean exterior that now serves as a canvas for a stunning community mural, this project is a testament to what welded steel construction can deliver.
