Last week we welcomed our largest onboarding group ever with 27 new faces joining the MGE team!

With such a big group, the biggest challenge was ensuring every individual received the same high-quality training. Thanks to our incredible training team, each person had the opportunity to learn, connect, and feel prepared here at MGE.

We’re also proud to welcome back a few returning employees, some of whom mentioned how much they appreciate the level of training that MGE provides during onboarding.

A huge thank you to all the departments at our Paso Robles HQ who collaborated to make this large onboarding a success.
