A 225-gallon offset smoker with a well-insulated firebox, boasting 3 inches of insulation, is currently available for purchase. This smoker is equipped with three cook racks positioned on a cart, featuring expanded metal for wood storage on locking casters. The price of this smoker is set at $3250. Its exterior is presently painted red, but this can be modified if desired.

Well the Pigheaded Cookers trailer had some surprises to repair before getting to the new firebox! Tongue is 90% repaired.

I am so excited about our latest project. The Pigheaded Cookers have entrusted us with the restoration of their heirloom Reverse Flow competition trailer. It is a comprehensive restoration, including rust repair to the trailer, roof structure, cook chamber, and fabrication of a brand new insulated firebox. Additionally, we are installing stainless steel cabinetry, new wiring, plumbing, and a roof. This is going to be an exceptional trailer. Now we must get busy as the Pasadena Rodeo CookOff is approaching quickly !!

Was a bit of a crazy day for our friends at Exoctic Smoked Links today. They took delivery of their new smoker, love seeing the smiles of happy customers. Glad you guys like the pit, and I hope you can get past the last part of the days hurdles asap!
