IKO designs and manufactures positioning tables and stages in a variety of styles and sizes. From tables with low sectional height that eliminate the rotary motor and come with an optical linear scale for fast acceleration and highly responsive positioning, to Nano versions with high-resolution encoders that achieve accurate and responsive motion in a compact size. There are also ball screw drive positioning tables that include a U-shaped track rail design to provide high efficiency and rigidity, as well as compact, lightweight, and long-stroke models. There’s even a corrosion-resistant model for clean rooms.
