All booked up for season..It sucks I had to drop half my client list do to having one truck and employees who dont show or just Dont get what the word On call means..So I am going to regroup and start fresh this coming yr..Sorry to anyone whom has call and didnt get to sign up..Playing the safe card!!50 stops is enough for one truck.last yr had 75 stops and few commercial accts.this yr all residential and 2 apts to do.

So winter is around corner and will be here soon enough I am starting to drag out all my equipment and buying a Tahoe to replace big green.white truck to go into shop and get ready too.Signing contracts for fall/winter already.Lawn care is doing pretty well and starting to build contacts/business relationships w/property management companies.

Very very busy wk..I had a long day yesterday..spend 1800.00 to clear labor cost truck repairs and hook up my salt spreader weight trailer..Now its off to work and giving my employees wknd off..Rob's workin solo this wknd..Why pay labor cost and the over head if all they do is fight tell on each other and waste my time gas and patients..lol however I am stressed to the max with spring on its way and last month or so of plowing ..So I dont have time to babysit grown men..Thats what there mothers are for..LOL picked up a new acct yesterday from nursing agency w ?potential come spring for lawn stuff.already getting call for grass and gutters..this is going to be a good yr ppl..Rob's got his head on straight and def focused on this yr growing as fast as we have been last 2 yrs so far..Be safe and have a good wknd my FB buddies.. :-)

Well business is good and things r looking up..new employees got rid of all my bad apples and on to bigger things..Commercial accts r moving along up to five now and ppl asking about lawn care for spring YP.com ad is working out finally and I am finally getting much deserved rest..I just leave my guys and come back to check on them..Hired a kid yesterday just called looking for a job and tried him out for night worked 12 hrs before got tired..nice to see ppl wanting to work and do anything u ask them to do..So lets hope I can keep him around and he keeps working Hard.5 employees now untill spring then down to 3..Well heading out to plow..

Well looks like we we will be getting r first snow ppl..trace up to 6" they say..looks like time to work is getting closer and closer..Lets hope for a good profiting yr and everything runs smooth this year for me..Already off to a rough start.1000.0 in windows and blowers as well as Plow pump which by the way cost me 400.00 when new pump was 200.00..thanks for sharing info on phone..JERKS..ha

So awesome got 2 of 3 commercial properties plus 60 residential drives to do this yr.. little less than expected this yr was 86 total..however ppl drag there feet and u get bumped from list..cant wait all yr..sent out contracts to ppl from last yr in sept.if u dont want service say so.... dont be a jerk and expect me to read your mind..lmao...other than that 5 ppl to help this yr..business is moving and things in my life r wonderful..minus last wks drama with vandals and theves..GRR

Yes landed Complex 6yrs later I am back lol..not bad..thanks to the city referral from the of Parma Hts..thanks u..Kinda nice when u get a 2nd time around yrs later..Good first impressions make it all worth it.. seriously.. exciting news of the day..been busy with gutters and lawn clean ups however last wk before rest up for the next 4 months ahead.

Business is good and starting to pick up along the way..Now that we r doing lawn care and gutter cleaning..business is growing.... this is a plus phonebook next yr and an online ad in a few weeks...so kinda excited to see what this yr brings to the table..

Starting to sign Snow removal contracts for winter or taking new customers..just a heads up..starting to get ready early so I know who we have coming back and making room for new ones..Hoping this yr is better that the last with less headaches..
