Hi. Numerous people have asked if we only work on BMWs. Short answer: NO!

Longer answer: when we left the dealership world, we wanted to carve a new path. Do it our way.

Ten years later, plenty of online reviews, we know our hard work has proven to be correct.

1. No fees for “Shop Supplies”. Total rip off from the dealer.

2. Zero diagnostic fees, unless we call you to approve advanced testing. Yes, at times there are very involved tests. But we will ask for your approval. Otherwise, we do our very best to get you answers without the hundreds of dollars charged for just opening the hood.

3. People. This really should be #1. We have wives, sisters , moms, daughters, nieces, cousins, and granddaughters. Common theme? We know women can be fearful of entering a car repair shop. One of our founding principles is to be 100% transparent to our customers, especially to females. Believe me, we understand what you have been through.

4. Transparency. We try to take our customers out to the shop to show them what they need to know about their vehicles. An easy explanation is, whether you know a little, or a lot about your vehicle, sometimes it is helpful to see the issues affecting your vehicle, and to have a chance to ask a few questions of the Technician working with you on your vehicle.

Give us a try. You will find that transparency is a good thing.

Littleton really is a neat place, and a perfect setting for “small world “ situations from time to time. I was able to have about 10 minutes of document signing, and about an hour of laughing and catching up with Kim Glaspey at Carmax this evening.
