Carlos is a machinist, fabricator, and welder with the kind of mechanical intuition you can’t teach. A young man with an old soul, he builds world‑class components that keep whole industries moving and he does it with humility, grit, and a smile.
He’s a true gearhead with big goals in the automotive world. A sponge for knowledge. A quick learner. A hard worker who shows up every day asking, “What’s next?”

Carlos is wise beyond his years, driven to grow, and always looking for ways to make the shop — and himself — better. A gentle giant with amazing talent, and an even bigger heart.

✨ Meet the Team: Ethan Mason — ✨

Some people find their niche. Ethan Mason decided to build his — one subsystem, one steel mill component, one precisely measured micron at a time.

Ethan began his FABCO journey in IT, where he quickly became known for the kind of technical intuition that makes even seasoned tech veterans raise an eyebrow in admiration.
But Ethan isn’t wired for staying in one lane. He’s wired for understanding how the entire highway works, how it was built, and how to rebuild it better.

Today, Ethan has transitioned into a mechanical role that would make any engineering purist proud. He spends his days learning the intricacies of steel production equipment, diagnosing issues that stump us mere mortals, and repairing machinery with precision.

He is our CMM Specialist — our only operator — the guardian of geometric truth.
The man speaks fluent microns. Or in regular people terminology, he's the ace of measuring frog hair.

Outside of work, Ethan is living the good life with his beautiful wife, Abigail, and their kitty cats.
