Here’s a short video of a pull I made. The data gathered is hp, torque, egt, head temp, rpm and air/fuel ratio. The on screen hp is raw, uncorrected but the report and graph will be corrected by the computer using weather and elevation. The AF (air/fuel ratio) assists in carb needle tuning to find the best settings for the conditions at that moment. The data can be read in a report or a graph and compared to data gathered from previous dyno pulls.

Occasionally I get a question about how I rebuild a crankshaft. In this series of pics I’m starting with a IAME Swift crank that I’ve previously disassembled.
Picture 1 is of the parts that make up a crankshaft. 2 crank halfs 1 bearing 1 pin 1 conrod and 2 thrust washers.
Picture 2 is 1 crank half in the die set and im starting the pin using a sleeve to align the pin to the hole in the crank half.
Picture 3 is the parts assembled on the crank pin.
Picture 4 is all crank parts being pressed and installed in the die set made for this purpose.
Picture 5 is the crank pressed together, the length if the pin controls the width of the crankshaft.
The next step is alignment of the crankshaft.

I’m inventorying most KA 100 parts now for faster turnaround times. I also have some Swift parts but turnaround will be a little slower.

Great price on 2 KT100’s Top of the line engines, one for senior the other has a sportsman carb, set up for 4 hole can. Both have motor mounts and 1 comes with a clutch. I can set them up for pipe for more $. $350 each or $600 for the pair.
Clutches motor mount and misc parts also available $275.

I have a few customers wanting to sell KT 100 engines at reasonable prices. I also have a few of my own that I will sell. Price range varies but will be reasonable and will depend on the condition and time since the last rebuild. I can also do new top ends and a complete rebuild if requested.
