Intellistructure has Manufactured and Engineered in 30 states with more coming! We understand unique climates require a unique design. We Engineer to local codes and variables to ensure we are using material where it is needed and ensure we are not wasting it where it isn't. This is done through the hard work and diligence of our in house steel design team!

We are proud that we are able to offer our design inhouse in the same building as our manufacturing facility. This allows us to streamline the design to manufacturing process and allow us to process changes and support in real time with the field and our manufacturing team!

When properly insulated. The concerns of thermal bridging are quickly squashed with CFS.

No HVAC yet, and the house is staying at least 15 degrees cooler than outside. The black roof temperature was showing 135°, inside highest reading was 88 on the cieling. That was peak day and peak sun on that area. Encapsulated in closed cell only. We did not apply it directly to metal board and batton, used a osb and v***r barrier. Will add rockwool in interior walls to help with some sound dampening. Cold form galvanized steel interior and exterior for framing. The great room is 26.5ft cielings, 10ft elsewhere, our bonus room is peaked at 14ft vaulted. . Video of process and the great company who did this coming soon!

Hurricane resistance is here. 180mph? No problem. Steel is pound for pound 4x stronger than wood. Lower insurance. Higher self assurance. Feel safe. Save money.

Using panelized steel framing our builders had a much quicker turn around time on these luxury townhomes. Getting them on the market quicker and with much better insurance rates for the future Homeowners.
