Ed's '40 has been tested, sorted out, and delivered. These old hot rods are a lot like toddlers—just when you think they're ready, they remind you who's in charge. 😆

The turbo wagon has the turbo mounted and ready for hot-side fabrication. The fender exit exhaust is next on the list later this week.

The '59 Bel Air is rolling in for a carburetor and fuel pump swap, so it looks like another full day in the garage.

I'll post updates and a few behind-the-scenes photos in the stories throughout the day.

Turbo Wagon is back on the schedule today. Wiring and hot side are on the menu.

Quick update on Ed's 40: We chased down a vibration at highway speeds. The driveshaft checked out with one questionable U-joint replaced, and I removed the harmonic balancer from the rear yoke. Between the two, the vibration is gone.

Got it up to 100 mph on a closed course, of course. 😉👍

Also picked up a cool old radio tower base for a fabrication project. I'll throw that in the stories later.

No whiteboard this week.

Ed's '40 got its driveshaft back from the machine shop, so we're chasing down a high-speed rear-end vibration. Pinion angle checks, a few measurements, and then it's time for another road test.

The Turbo Wagon is up next and will have most of my attention this week... along with a few surprises.
