I am trying to catch up on pictures of significant past projects I slacked on posting.
This was our first project over 10yrs. ago. We were hired to build this vessel. We had to add on to our existing building. A lot of people in my neighborhood were very curious if we could get it to the port being 24’ wide. The wheel house was from a previous vessel.

We started January 13th and it went in the water on July 16th.
This project orchestrated by Peregrine Marine was a great kickstart and helped define our company today.

We pulled out the twin diesels and extended the boat. We built and installed a 380gal. fuel tank. The old cabin was removed and a new layout was created. Interior and exterior paint, anchor winch, roof crane and lots of other systems were installed.
A set of 300hp. Suzuki’s were installed.
The boat was originally a Peregrine built in the mid 90’s.
The hull was well built and in excellent shape to begin with.

A project we did last year. This boat is 5' wide with a 30gallon fuel tank.
We built the hull, fabricated the intake and set the motor.

The jets plates are in and the holes are cut in the Transom.
These jet plates are set at zero degree and very simple to install. The Alamarine 340 jets have a square cornered transom hole.
In the bow there is a crash bulk-head that has been sheeted with 3/16" diamond plate and air tested.
The front forks on the 42'er have been fabricated and only tack welded. We will be cutting out access holes for storage, davit, generator and anchor/locker.
Fish holds on both boats are next on the list.

This project was brought to us for repair.
The customer located the company that used to form the sides for Thunderjet and had one side shipped up.
The customer did a fabulous job of demobilizing the boat so we could focus on the fabrication and paint.
Releasing the side from the hull was much less difficult than I predicted (maybe because Clayton and Dale actually did it 😀)
Mike painted and the customer finished putting back together.
Basin Street replaced the front glass at the boats location.

Getting the engine beds for the 42'er. The offset for the tr**ny makes it a bit of a challenge to keep the engineroom height low. The jets are AJ340's and the engine package is the twin FPT 6.7L. 570hp. coupled to ZF286 transmissions.
Extremely excited about this package performance capabilities.
