The center piece was a little difficult to get. Also we had to use thicker than usual steel tubing for the top arch which was a pain to bend but glad how it came out 🔥

Installing the gate before getting it powder coated. We realized it definitely helps to ensure a clean fit and avoid any cutting or re welding once it’s painted. Much cleaner look 👨🏽‍🏭 this gate design has been very popular for us so we are knocking them out faster each time.but we always run into something in the field that we didn’t expect.

These modern gate builds require a lot of welding and they get pretty heavy. Not going to pretend like this one was easy but they are getting easier to complete each time. 👨🏽‍🏭

This gate is 80 inches tall, which means we have lots of welding to do with the horizontal slats. We came to do a trial fit and make sure everything fits correctly before we get it painted because if this gate is to big , correcting it means we would have to cut all of the slats and re weld. Not fun.
