When a commercial kitchen floor in Steamboat, Colorado began failing under demanding service conditions, Sloop Painting delivered a durable urethane cement system built for long-term performance. The crew removed the existing coating, mechanically profiled the concrete to an ICRI CSP 3, and installed the SLABKRETE™ SLB System at a 3/16–1/4 inch build. A 30/40 mesh sand broadcast added slip‑resistant texture, finished in a gray satin matte.

Even with equipment‑staging challenges and a tight one‑week shutdown window, the project was completed on schedule and returned to service with a floor designed to handle heat, moisture, impact, and daily sanitation cycles.
