• ABYC Certification Preferred
• Wire DC Electrical Circuits
• Wire AC Electrical Circuits
• Assemble Circuit Breaker Panels
• Assemble Switch Panels
• Establish wire runs, label wires with wire numbers and wire labels
• Follow CAD drawings on electrical systems, that will support electrical and electronics installations
• Installation of underwater lights to include power sources and the communications cables to the controllers
• Installation of exterior lighting circuits to include DC Spreader Lights, exterior lights.
• Convert interior lighting to LED lighting with proper wire size and circuit protection.
• Installation of vessel monitoring systems to include bilge, high water, shore power, generator etc
• Trouble Shoot Electrical issue’s onboard a sport fish boat with shore cords and generators
• Trouble Shoot Electrical issues onboard with DC Electrical systems to include battery, battery chargers and engine alternators
• Trouble Shoot Electrical issues with lighting circuits, to include engine room lights, exterior lights, interior lights, underwater lights
We design and fabricate electrical panels and switch panels in house with our CNC equipment and laser engravers. We fabricate Aluminum panels and install hinges and latches for access to the electrical boxes in house. We have in house Auto CAD Electrical Drawings and create drawings for the projects
