A Scout is thrifty!! Just a reminder, 20% off the complete uniform for Cubs, Scouts and Leaders ends October 31!! Don’t delay! This discount is being offered to all scouts to help offset the cost of the uniform. It is the expectation of Scouting America that all scouts wear the complete uniform to show our pride and commitment to the organization that we all are benefiting from. It may seem the cost of the complete uniform is expensive, but this is an investment in your scout’s future. Proceeds from your purchases at the ME Rinker Scout Shop go back into programs for all our scouts.

SCOUTING AMERICA LOUNGE PANTS!
Relax in comfort with the Scouting America Lounge Pants, made for cozy nights, slow mornings, cabin weekends, and anyone who likes to keep a little Scouting spirit close even off the trail.

Made from 100% cotton twill flannel, these navy lounge pants are soft, breathable, and easy to wear when it is time to wind down. The allover micro Scouting America logo print gives them a subtle Scouting touch without feeling too loud, making them a great gift for leaders, parents, alumni, and longtime Scouting supporters.

A drawstring waist helps create a comfortable, adjustable fit, while the classic pajama-style design makes these pants an easy favorite for relaxing at home, packing for a weekend away, or staying warm after a long day outdoors. Available in adult sizes S–2XL, they are built for simple comfort with just the right amount of Scouting pride.

THERE'S A MERIT BADGE FOR THAT ON INTERNATIONAL ASTRONOMY DAY!
In learning about astronomy, Scouts study how activities in space affect our own planet and bear witness to the wonders of the night sky: the nebulae, or giant clouds of gas and dust where new stars are born; old stars dying and exploding; meteor showers and shooting stars; the moon, planets, and a dazzling array of stars.

Scouting America Membership Engagement
Quick question: What’s your go-to welcome gift for new families?
The data shows that handing a child a pack T-shirt, handbook, or a swag bag right when they join creates an instant, powerful sense of belonging. It says "you're officially part of the team" before they even attend their first official den meeting.
