Quality starts with the structure.

Before the finishes, flooring, windows, and interior details go in, every CHOMEX begins with the frame you see here.

The expandable structure is built around a steel frame with protective coating and anti-corrosion treatment, creating the backbone for the completed building. From there, the wall and roof systems are added along with CHOMEX’s standard insulation package of R25 in the ceiling, R15 in the walls, and R7 in the floor.

These factory photos give you a look at the part of the build that usually gets covered up once everything is finished. The framing, folding structure, utility preparation, insulation, and exterior panels all come together before the final details are installed.

A finished CHOMEX may look simple from the outside, but there is a lot happening underneath.

From delivery day to the finished build in Page, Arizona. 🏠

This 40' CHOMEX Grand Luxe arrived compact, was placed on site by crane, expanded into its full footprint, and transformed into a finished 3-bedroom, 1-bath space with extra-tall ceilings.

What really makes this project stand out is what happened after the structure was in place. The large covered deck, exterior finishes, mini-split system, and desert surroundings completely changed the way the building looks and functions on the property.

This is what we love about seeing a CHOMEX project come together. The building is the starting point. What you create around it makes it your own.

A Grand Luxe built for the Arizona landscape. 🌵

This 40' CHOMEX Grand Luxe was configured with a 3-bedroom, 1-bath layout and extra-tall ceilings, giving the interior a more open feel while keeping the flexibility CHOMEX buildings are known for.

Once the structure was in place, the project really started to come together. The finished deck creates a welcoming entry and usable outdoor space, while the exterior setup shows how the building can be integrated into a real property instead of simply dropped on site.

And in a location like Page, Arizona, that transformation stands out even more against the surrounding desert landscape.
