Dan has been a valued part of the PIW team for many years. Over the years, he has taken on many important roles including running the detailing department, serving as night shift foreman, and becoming a certified welder and fitter. Congratulations to our December Employee of the Month, Louis Saldana!

Louis started at Precision Iron Works as a welder and soon after became a fitter. He is now our main stair builder. Louis always has a can-do attitude and arrives on time. He’s been a great addition to the PIW family.

Congratulations to Precision Iron Work’s November Employee of the Month Nick Fryett!

Nick started at PIW as a detail helper. He quickly learned the clipper and other machinery. Nick is always a team player and does what is asked of him. He has been running our beam cut for almost a year and has saved us several times by catching mis-programed pieces. He’s an all-around a great guy to have working with us.

Congratulations to our October Employee of the Month, Brady Hare!

Brady came to Precision Iron Works as a truck driver where he made deliveries for us. He then started helping in the yard before moving into a shipping/receiving role. Brady eventually landed a spot as our detail lead which he has exceled at and has greatly improved our detail area.

Isaac has been a great addition to the PIW team. He constantly arrives on time, with a positive attitude. Isaac is always willing to do the tasks that he’s asked, is learning new skills, and puts in his best effort. Thanks to him our shop and facility is looking it’s best.
