Just installed in Alabama! Here's a beautiful 40' x 60' x 16' commercial metal building framed for three custom 12'x12' roll up doors and two custom 8'x8' roll doors. Has added side porch lean to on one side. Three premium walk-in doors and a total of 4 windows at $44,768 plus tax. This can be installed on your level land or concrete pad. Prices by vary based on location, engineering upgrade requirements for wind or snow load, and your customizations, and does not include foundation work or concrete. This model is customizable to your liking including longer or taller or less. This building will require an equipment rental (provided by you or added to the total) for extendable forklift rental. Depending on your area requirements, it may require site specific engineering as well, which could add a few thousand dollars and a few weeks in addition, but not all settings or areas require this; check with your local permit office.
