RARE EARTH TUBE MAGNETS FOR LIQUID FILTRATION

These rare earth tube magnets are designed to be installed directly in the product flow or mounted within a filter to capture medium to fine ferrous contaminants, thereby protecting processing equipment and maintaining

product purity. The rare earth magnets housed within the tubes effectively attract and retain unwanted ferrous materials, including nickel, carbide, and work-hardened stainless-steel debris, on the magnet surface.

To clean, simply wipe the bars off by hand.

NOTE: Use extreme caution and wear gloves during the cleaning process. Rare Earth magnets are extremely powerful, and the tramp metal is very difficult to remove by hand.

CONSTRUCTION:
• 100% 304 or 316 stainless steel enclosed
• Food Grade construction (continuous seam-welded with no pits, cracks or crevices)
• 1” diameter x (length as required)
• Highest grades of magnet material including Neodymium-Iron-Boron (rare earth), Samarium-Cobalt
(rare earth), Ceramic or Alnico permanent magnet material
• Available with tapped ends or other provisions for mounting to filters
• Special coatings or finished available upon request Complete filter insert assemblies can be fabricated using Single or Multiple Tube configurations.
