Completed Historic Preservation project for Jacinto Courthouse.

The Jacinto Courthouse was built in 1854 as the courthouse for Tishomingo county before it was subdivided into Alcorn County. It is one of the few surviving antebellum courthouses in Mississippi. In this renovation, we restored all of the windows, repaired the original wood floors, and fixed some drainage issues on the site and on the roof so that it can be better preserved for the future. This is a great piece of history that we were glad to be a part of.

New completed renovation project for The Inn at Ole Miss Lobby.

This renovation includes new flooring, new wallcovering, paint, and some new lighting, furniture upholstery, and rugs. Check out the before photos at the end to see the transformation.

Completed renovation project for Pontotoc County Courthouse

We worked with MDAH to bring the courthouse back to its original design. Here are some of the key renovations that we implemented into this design: We removed the drop ceilings and exposed the plaster ceiling with the original crown moulding still intact. The carpet was removed to reveal the original hardwood floors, which we refinished and repaired to bring them back to life. We also reverted to the original floor plan in the main hall in keeping with its historic attributes. The windows were resealed and painted giving the exterior a slight boost in appearance while embracing its historic features.
