Required Skills
• Welding: Mig / Cutting Torch / Grinder (No Certs Required)
• Read: Basic Shop Drawings / Follow Instructions
• Teamwork: Communication, Reliability, Conscientiousness and
Attitude
• Lift & Carry: 25-50lbs + Stand/Kneel on Concrete 8-10 hours
• Operate Overhead Bridge Crane

General Requirements
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must submit to initial and ongoing Security Background and

Drug Checks
• Must have no obligations that would prevent regular working standard or overtime hours

With deep sadness we pause today in recognition of Mr. Albert Clark. For three decades (after his first retirement) Mr Clark worked for our family. He had a prolific ’green thumb’ and helped to keep the property and gardens thriving year after year. Years ago, he and my father (Tommy Bowers) developed a strain of potato that grew as big as coconuts. He also grew (what I call) ‘head of the giant’ cabbage which often weighed 25lbs each. Mr. Clark’s kindness, genuiness and outgoing personality will be missed at our break room table every morning. He had just turned 93 years old and literally showed up every morning rain or shine. That was just his way. - Michael Bowers

“Billy predates me here at the company by almost 10 years. My Dad assigned me to work directly under him when I was a teenager—and we became an AMAZING team! Billy taught me everything about steel that I know. We put in thousands of hours rolling, press braking, welding, cutting…(and cutting up too)…much of it through long days that began before the sun rose and ended after it went down. I wouldn’t trade those times for anything! I’m grateful for all the knowledge and wisdom that he has taught me over-the-years. Stainless tank being leak tested the old fashioned way ( per customer request) after passing dye test.
Water on one side of baffle but dry as a bone in the other.
We filled 24” deep (so far) with no leaks, I would like to believe it’s not gonna leak the rest of the way up. 😎
