Sometimes our jobs are messy like on this manure spreader. We had to reinforce the sides with patches and stabilize the track system to get the door opening and closing properly. We always appreciate the work!

We repaired a cracked C frame on this Case dozer.

This hydraulic cylinder came off a piece of logging equipment. As you can see, the rod eye was completely detached from the piston rod.

Cracked Welds
There are a number of reasons welds crack. Some common causes are improper joint prep, welds that are undersized for the parts being joined; not using the proper welding procedure or it could even be a design problem causing undue stress on the joint.

It’s a good idea to inspect your equipment – yes, even during the winter. A brush, flashlight, and a small inspection mirror will come in handy when examining your equipment. The mirror will help out in tight spots and around corners.

One of our customers caught this one (and a few more) on his loader and we were able to take care of them without significant rework or down-time. How is your equipment holding up?
