Some members of the Inwood staff in Oviedo had the opportunity to travel on the new Brightline rail while visiting in Miami! Ardurra recently acquired Inwood, and we are in the process of integrating our services. We are excited to be a part of their team!

Melonie Schwartz, our Utility Coordination Manager, and Jessica Cruz, our Senior Engineering Technician, have been busy in the Utilities world! Both attended the District 7 Utility Liaison Conference, where Melonie co-presented with Shaun Purvis, Sr. Utility & Railroad Coordinator at BPA. They presented on the efforts of the Florida Utilities Coordinating Committee (FUCC) to coordinate with all facets of the industry regarding NexGen Plans. Melonie also attended the Fall 2023 FUCC Conference in St. Augustine. She co-presented with Joshua Kelly with Ozmatic on Utility Conflict Identification and Constructability Concerns and discussed ways to identify conflicts with design elements, relocation constraints, and things to consider/best practices when reviewing documents for constructability. We’re glad Melonie and Jessica bring top-notch utility knowledge to our team and conference attendees!
