We’ve made the decision to postpone the parade tomorrow due to the rain forecast. The replacement date will be announced once we have coordinated with all of the groups involved.

However, the St. Louis Civic Orchestra concert at 2pm at Norman Myers is to go on as scheduled, so please join us. We’ll keep our eyes on the weather and I will post any further updates if we need to adjust the time.

Get ready for a morning of fun, community spirit, and patriotic celebration at the 2026 Overland Community Parade on May 16 from 10 AM to Noon! The Overland Business Association (OBA) and the City of Overland are proud to bring this exciting event back, and this year’s theme—“America’s 250th Birthday”—promises plenty of red, white, and blue creativity. PLUS... our very own Howard has been named "Veteran of the Year" by the City of Overland (he COULD be one of the oldest living WWII veterans in the city at 98!) and he'll be a part of the parade too! Look for our Overland Hardware float with Lady Liberty and Uncle Sam!!

The parade will stage and begin at Overland Christian Church on Lackland, then travel east on Lackland, turn north onto Woodson Road, pass through downtown Overland, through the Overland Farmers Market, and ending at the Overland Community Center. Watch for signs along the route and come cheer on the participants!
