Here's a 1911 frame that was shipped out today!

Springfield Mil-Spec (stainless), added roughly .040" to the guide rails.

Sometimes, we get to repair machining accidents! Here's a mold cavity, getting .060" of surface buildup. Base material is H13 tool steel.

We love taking on projects like this. We are equipped with microscopes, and low amperage TIG machines to make sure we are spot on for your precision welding needs.
