Another small production run of some coolant return lines plates and adapter. Made out of 1018 steel.

Utilizing a 1inch nptf threads and a 1/4nptf return line thread. We printed high temp seals in house able to handle continuous use up to 275°F.

Ready for some road use!

We've got a small run of parts ready for delivery!

Somedays it would be much easier having a 5 axis machine and do these in almost 1 operation.

Large order!

Did you know we can turn up to 13.5" diameter parts in our lathe and cut up to 18" diameter in our programmable saw?

We had an order of some trolley wheels come in and we had to cut 9.5" diameter blanks of 1045 steel which weighed around 110lbs a per piece 🥵

We machined a smooth concentric spot in the mill to grab on for the jaws on the lathe; we didnt have a dovetail cutter to machine a better work holding spot on the part in the lathe so we used our tailstock to hold it in place in case it were to slip out from the hot rolled finish and heavy cutting.

After pressing in the bearing races they're ready to roll out!

Thread Mills.

Awesome versatility for us job shops. Gives us the ability to make threads ranging from as large as 8 tpi(threads per inch)or larger down to as small as 50tpi and diameter sizes infinitely as large as you can fit in your machine.

Customer came in asking if we could make a new extention for their objective lens. I struggled trying to reverse engineer the threads as we werent sure if they were imperial or metric and only 2 threads to try to overlay a thread gauge; several thread profiles later with no perfect fit. Decided to just take a picture of the lens with the numbers, throw it in Gemini AI and literally told me it it was a .800 OD 36tpi profile 🤦‍♂️ there definitely are some benefits to AI.

Sometimes there are easier ways of working around things such as buying a almost universal thread mill, or saving time and money by quick searching AI and save yourself some headaches!

Long portable job today.

Fixing boom arms on a Hagie spray rig; outer sections are aluminum and the closest section to the cab is made out of steel.

Surprising how these equipment going through fields dont have more issues with all the weight hanging out over 100ft.

Small photo dump of some projects.

Brass throttle body butterfly shaft, it is a 2.5mmx.45mm thread pitch which is pretty small .098in x56 tpi standard. Pen and 3/8 diameter endmill for comparison.

Aluminum manifolds machined some 1/2nptm and 1/4 nptm threads

Modified an aluminum riser to fit over the carburetor.

Some acme shafts and that needed modified with different profiles and weldments.

Video of a oil pan that didnt fit inside of a tractor frame needed to be machined down in the comments

Someone decided to knock over the belt sander..(Josh) and it landed on the motor shield which broke the cooling fan. So we quick reverse engineered a new one and 3d printed it out of ABS plastic to handle the heat that it will see and still have good rigidity,

Now we are back to the grind!

Any need for 3d modeling for random prototypes before machining, one off replacement parts, functional parts, seals, or extreme heat areas up to 370°F we got ya covered.

Material types such as PA6-GF and CF, PA12-GF and CF, ABS, TPU shore hardness of 65A-95A, PPA-GF and CF, PPS-GF and CF, Polycarbonate, and many more that we havent done as theyre forever expanding filament types. Build volume up to 13" cubed with availability to multimaterial print with dual nozzleextruder.
