🌟 Employee Spotlight: Mike Stini 🌟
Meet Mike Stini, a valued member of the Fox Valley Metrology team whose career journey is a great example of growth, curiosity, and finding passion in unexpected places.
Mike graduated from Marian University in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in biology, along with a minor in Chemistry. While in college, he joined Fox Valley Metrology in a part-time shipping role, gaining hands-on experience while completing his degree. After graduating, Mike continued to grow within the company working his way into the Shipping Manager position before being offered an opportunity in the Mechanical Lab.
Although Mike hadn’t originally considered a career as a calibration technician, he quickly discovered how much he enjoyed the role. The technician position allows him to combine many of the things he loves most: problem-solving, working with his hands, researching, meeting new people, traveling to new places, and the sense of accomplishment that comes with tackling challenging tasks.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time outdoors. Hiking and film photography are two of his favorite hobbies, and he often brings his film cameras along on hikes with his girlfriend to capture and document their adventures.
We’re proud to have Mike on the Fox Valley Metrology team and appreciate the dedication and passion he brings to his work every day!
