Oshkosh, WI – 2026 – Millwork Distributors, Inc. (MDI) CEO Scott Ryback announces that Beth Oswald has joined the company’s Board of Directors.
Oswald served as Executive Director of Christine Ann Domestic Abuse Services for more than six years and as CEO of Oshkosh Area United Way for more than three years. Prior to her nonprofit leadership career, she spent the majority of her career in banking and finance, transitioning into the nonprofit sector more than 11 years ago.
In her new role with MDI, Oswald brings a strategic perspective rooted in business, banking, and nonprofit leadership, and is committed to supporting the company’s ESOP and long-term value for employee-owners.
A resident of the Town of Black Wolf, Oswald serves on both the Town Board and the Board of Appeals. Oswald holds an associate degree from Fox Valley Technical College and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
Oswald joins current board members Todd Miller, Brenda McCarty, and Tracy Halbach.
