SMART was initially developed and patented by NASA for implementation on its Shuttle Orbiters. The SMART software tool has significantly reduced non-routine maintenance events down time. SMART’s systematic methodology has drastically increased the proficiency of discrepancy resolution time during critical-path work while improving quality and safety of operations. The SMART Solution Software has generated thousands of real-time non-routine events resolutions procedures. SMART caters to small and larger jobs through its dynamic scalability.
