Richco is a specialist flooring company based in Ocoee, FL. Our main flooring works are within the theme and leisure industry based in Ocoee, FL, however on occasions we also travel out-of-state to carry out flooring works throughout the US.

We are looking for an experienced flooring installer to assist with our flooring installations projects.

- The applicant must have vast experience with stamped overlay installations and / or epoxy resin flooring systems - including all preparation works required.

-The applicant must be a self motivated person who can work on their own or within a team.

-They must be willing to be flexible on their working location - as most of our work are within the Orlando area, however on occasions we also work out-of-state.

-The works will include some warehouse work (at our premises in Ocoee) which involves on-loading / off-loading materials / equipment that are required for each job and keeping equipment all clean and ready for the next job and also preparing flooring samples for our clients.

-The other works will consist of attending various job locations (mainly themed industries – such as theme parks) and joining the team with the installations of our specialist flooring systems. This will include loading out materials, mixing and laying our flooring systems and keeping the site tidy and presentable at all times.

We are looking for a well presented, motivated – team player. A clean driving license is required and a fork lift license would be preferable.

Wage is dependent on experience.

Richco International is a rapidly growing, family-owned specialist themed flooring company who work within the Theme & Leisure Industry in the Orlando area. We have positions available for experienced decorative concrete flooring installers.


The applicant must have vast experience with stamped overlay installations and spray texture installations - including all preparation works required. The applicant must be a self-motivated person who can work on their own or within a team to a high level of standards.


They must be willing to be flexible on their working location - most of our works are within the Theme Parks in Orlando area, however on occasions we also work out-of-state at other theme or leisure customers. Our works can also be night work (out of hours working) to facilitate our customers opening hours, but also can be daytime works (depending on the project we are undertaking).


To be considered for this position, you must be hard working and have the ability to follow instructions rapidly and proficiently. You will learn about safety precautions within the theme parks and be expected to be compliant at all times. A high level of detailed finishes is required with a high level of attention to detail (along with the ability to keep the site clean & tidy at all times).

All tools and equipment will be supplied.

Activities, Responsibilities, & Specific Duties:

Installation of a variety of stamped overlay and spray textures – decorative finishes (to a very high standard).
Conduct surface preparation and concrete repairs.
Operate large grinding equipment, vacuum systems (propane based) and hand tools.
To document each project, take photos, daily update, time tracking, etc. via mobile app.
Maintain and account for tools and equipment on all sites.
Position requirements:

Must have minimum 2 years of finished concrete coating experience.
Experience with: Grinding, polishing, coating, sealing, surface preparation, and repairs.
Must have a good working knowledge of flooring procedures and safety.
Able to lift a minimum of 75 Lb.
Bending at the waist, sitting, kneeling, climbing, walking, etc. for extended periods as the job requires
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must be customer service oriented
Ability to meet or exceed the company's attendance and punctuality standards
Willing to travel and work all shifts, including weekend work if needed
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
Must pass a criminal background check in accordance with local laws/regulations

The Richco application team carried out preparation to the existing surface by re-keying the surface and applying a suitable primer.

Once the surface had been fully prepared and left to completely dry, we applied Richco Flake Flooring system in the corporate colors of LEGOLAND 🎨
