We have upgraded our stable of bikes and need to thin the herd 🙂 James has out grown his ktm 85sx (small wheels and big wheels included) and I have moved on from the ktm 250sx. If anyone has any interest please let me know. We ride every weekend and would much rather sell these bikes to someone who will use them rather than letting them go Facebook marketplace. 2023 ktm 85sx 54 hours, new top end at 40 hours as book recommends, 14/17 wheels and 16/19 wheels all with perfect Mx14 sand tires. 2018 ktm 250sx, 195 hours, meticulously maintained. Recent top end bike is perfect. Come see them, come ride, whatever you want.

We are most often bending up small to medium sized intricate parts on our press brake. Today we got a call to help out a fellow small fab shop and bend these 3/16 carbon steel plates past 90 degrees witch is somewhat uncommon. Quick tooling change and our 12 foot 175ton press brake made quick work of them and I must say, a nice stack of parts ;)

We finished a big project today inside a beautiful home of one of our customers. We built the upper exhaust duct “wrapper”. Created a spacer between the hood and the wall to allow feed air in to supply the massive exhaust hood blower. Two side panels on either side of the stove to allow an air gap and some protection from radiant heat. An upper sheet and lower sheet to act as a backsplash with holes cut for outlets and gas line. All this so a commercial restaurant grade oven/Stove combo with a flat top and broiler could be utilized in a residential home. Lots of trips to measure, make templates, and then finally laser cut every piece and CNC bend it all up. The customer is thrilled and so are we! Next is their outdoor kitchen 😳 stay tuned for what we are sure will be an epic build.

The only curved drink rail either of us have ever heard of 🤷‍♂️ added bonus Jake and I got a pat on the back from tigger (no seriously) as he walked by on his way out to meet and greet kids at the grand Floridian. Glad we had the experience of building a one of a kind set of these but happy it’s done ✅

Using our HTR (heat tint remover) machine to get rid of the discoloration caused by heating stainless steel while tig welding. It uses DC current and a conductive acid to strip the oxidation leaving the surface finish untouched.
