What happens when a severely corroded manhole needs urgent rehabilitation, and bypass pumping isn’t an option? Magna Water District faced this exact challenge and turned to our Hybrid PVC Manhole System for a groundbreaking solution.

Traditional rehab methods often require ideal conditions—dry, clean, and temperature-controlled—which means bypass pumping is typically a must. For this project, a highway crossing made bypass costly and impractical. A look back at the 3000 East Storm Drain Outfall project in St. George, Utah. The project expanded the City's stormwater infrastructure by nearly 3,200 feet using 424 sections of 10'x6' and 16'x4' RCB manufactured by NWPX Geneva and installed by Sunroc Corporation.

The new line connects to an existing 96-inch RCP storm drain installed during the earlier 3000 East Improvement Project Phase 1, which included 2,440 linear feet of pipe also supplied by NWPX.
