Don McNeil, veteran hot rod builder for over 50 years, founded Flat Out Engineering in 1998 to supply high end crossmember kits for classic trucks that would allow the customer to easily install C4 Corvette front and rear suspension into their vehicle with ease. The product line has now expanded into more vintages and models of trucks and into car applications.
