Copper isn't one material choice. It's three, and picking the wrong one shows up in the quote.

C110 for standard electrical conductivity, the default for busbars and terminal blocks.
C101 for oxygen-free applications: welding, brazing, hydrogen exposure.
C145 when cycle time and tool wear matter more than peak conductivity.

Name the grade on the drawing. A drawing that just says "copper" leaves the choice to whoever has stock.

Equipment list with machine brand, tonnage, and year
Factory photos that match the actual shop floor
ISO 9001 certificate naming the factory's own address
NDA signed before any files move

Specifying the wrong one is why a quote doesn't match the part you actually need.

Milling: pockets, slots, and contoured geometry
Turning: shafts and rotational parts
Swiss machining: small parts held to ±0.005 mm
EDM: hardened, conductive cavities a cutting tool can't reach
Grinding: the final pass on tolerance-critical surfaces

Specify the process, not just the material, and the quote comes back matching the part.
