The machine that improved my tattooing in 2 months.
I didn’t build the Sharp LCD Brushless just to make another tattoo machine. I built it chasing a very specific feeling — what I consider the perfect, trauma-free hit.
After more than 30 years of tattooing and years of building machines, I knew exactly what I wanted: enough power to put pigment in efficiently without feeling harsh, beating up the skin, or making the artist fight the machine.
That meant focusing on how the motor delivers power, how the stroke transfers that power to the needle, how the machine reacts under load, and how smooth and consistent the hit feels from the first pass to the last.
