This was a difficult lot to work, this builder had a vision and we made it happen. This lot was on a steep slope, it took some majors cuts to get it how they envisioned. We ended up doing a tier system to get a usable grade. There will be two retaining walls installed and the middle shelf will be a flower bed. If you’ve got a vision , call T&T to make it happen!!
