After 18 years at Alger, Dora Parada is beginning a well-earned retirement.

Over nearly two decades, Dora was part of countless projects, milestones, and memories that helped shape our company. Her dedication and hard work made a lasting impact, and we are grateful for the contributions she made throughout her career.

One of the things we're most proud of at Alger is the number of employees who choose to build long careers here, and Dora's 18 years of service is a wonderful example of that.

Each year, law enforcement agencies from across the country take part in the Baker to Vegas Law Enforcement Relay, a long-distance team race that pushes participants both physically and mentally. Ontario Police Department’s Baker to Vegas Mixed Team proudly represents our community in this event.

To help fund the team’s trip and support local student athletes, the department hosts a golf tournament fundraiser. Alger was excited to be a sponsor and spend time supporting an effort that gives back in more ways than one.

We are always looking for meaningful ways to support the heroes in our community. It is an honor to stand behind the officers who represent Ontario both on duty and beyond.
