Metal Stamping-Production Personnel 1st Shift
Venture Machine and Tool, Inc is a privately owned and operated Tool and Die Manufacturer and Metal Stamping Facility located in Onalaska, WI. Venture Machine & Tool Inc. produces metal stampings for a wide variety of markets including Automotive, Agricultural, Appliances, Recreational Vehicles along with many others.
We are seeking individuals with an interest in advancement and a desire to learn on the job. We train on the job for those who do not have experience in manufacturing work.

Job Skills needed:
• Previous experience in manufacturing facility preferred but is not required.
• The ability to work well in a team setting.
• Knowledge of basic math
• Strong desire to learn
• The ability to use simple hand tools
• Pre-employment drug testing is required
