General warehouse work. Loading and unloading trucks, pulling orders. Requires light lifting (filters are typically not very heavy). Casual atmosphere, good sense of humor will be a plus. Can you perform the occasional repetitive tasks with Zen-like tolerance? This might be a good part-time gig for you. Hours are flexible.

We've recently encountered several new air handlers with type 8 filter holding frames. We stock a variety of filter clips. In this case, we installed a set of MERV-15 mini pleat filters using 4" P clips.

The primary responsibility for this position is coordinating and scheduling the activities of the service team. The candidate will assist customers directly and over the phone. The candidate will develop competency to provide back-up to other members of the administrative staff.
Attention to detail is very important - despite constant interruptions. Like Nebraska, it's not for everyone.
• Manage scheduling for service division, including printing work orders, processing completed service tickets, and managing interactions with an unruly bunch of service techs.
• Help with transition to new software/scheduling system.
• Meet and greet customers with a smile, when they deserve it, which is most of the time.
• Keep a positive attitude on the phone.
• Other responsibilities may be added as tasks are mastered and other related duties as assigned. Opportunity to build skills in shipping, A/R, A/P, credit card processing, etc.
