We’re proud to see the new University of Michigan College of Pharmacy building officially open its doors!

TD2 was honored to serve as the structural engineer for this impressive six-story, 142,000-square-foot facility, working closely with RDG Planning & Design to help bring the vision to life.

Congratulations to the University of Michigan College of Pharmacy and the entire project team on this incredible milestone. We’re grateful to have played a part in creating a facility that will support education, research and collaboration for generations to come.

The City of Papillion holds a special place in the hearts of TD2. Our past president, Bob Dreessen, proudly served as Papillion’s City Engineer from 1974–2010, helping shape the community we know and love today.

Now, Papillion has been selected as a finalist in Hallmark’s Merriest Christmas Towns Contest! The winning town will have the opportunity to serve as a filming location for a future Hallmark holiday movie. 🎬🎄

We were honored to join Arch Icon Development and Lutheran Family Services this morning to celebrate the groundbreaking of Spin Lofts in Council Bluffs.

As the structural engineer on this transformative project, we're proud to help bring to life a development that will convert a long-vacant, city-owned site into high-quality, permanently affordable homes for individuals and families experiencing homelessness, as well as members of the local workforce.

Congratulations to everyone involved—we're excited to see this vision become reality.
