Within the first few years of operations, Bob Griffin and Mark Ehrhart made two significant hires - Larry Van Fleet for Land Surveying and Dan Dolezal for Civil Engineering. Larry, retired in 2017, and Dan still active, eventually became Partners and provided professional expertise while managing, nurturing and mentoring staff members that would join the firm over the following years. Sharing a commitment to excellence and detail, these four men helped to form and shape Ehrhart Griffin & Associates into one of the leading Land Surveying and Civil Engineering firms in the Metropolitan Omaha area and beyond.

In 1988, Mark Ehrhart and Bob Griffin teamed their considerable talents to form Ehrhart Griffin & Associates (EGA). In the years since, EGA has become one of the leading land surveying and civil engineering firms in the metro Omaha region. Now home to 20 employees, EGA has consistently lived up to the expectation that every job is equally important, no matter the size, no matter the function. From projects as small as assisting in obtaining a special use permit for a day care center operating out of a home to large scale projects such as designing site plans for the L Street Marketplace located at 120th and L Streets, we respect the investment and commitment each client has in terms of their project.

The annual gold tournament from Paralyzed Veterans of America Great Plains Chapter garners tens of thousands of dollars annually, allowing them to upgrade their weight room, which in turns, allows the vets to live fuller lives.
