(BSM) was founded in 1989 after James Billings, who had been working for Bergreen Sheet Metal for 12 years, decided to purchase the company when the then owner Betty Bergreen decided to retire. Along with his wife Debbie Billings they purchased the company and renamed it Billings Sheet Metal Inc. The Graycliff estate was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in 1926, and built between 1926 and 1931. It is located in Derby, NY. They are currently adding a Visitor Center to a 6 acre lot. We worked with LeChase Construction, the structural engineers, and our steel installers to provide the steel canopy. It is expected to open to the public in February 2026.
