Missouri schools are facing a difficult reality.

With the state budget falling short of fully funding the Foundation Formula, many districts may find themselves balancing rising costs, aging facilities, and limited resources. Recent budget discussions have highlighted both a $190 million formula funding gap and a proposed $52 million funding shortfall, creating additional uncertainty for school leaders.

When funding is tight, facility needs don't disappear. Roofs still leak. HVAC systems still age. Deferred maintenance continues to grow.

The districts that navigate these challenges most successfully are often the ones that take a strategic approach to facility planning, focusing on projects that reduce operating costs, improve learning environments, and stretch every available dollar further.

This event brings together water and wastewater professionals from across New York to share ideas, explore emerging technologies, and discuss the challenges shaping the future of our industry.

We're especially excited to contribute to the conversation through two presentations:
Dennis Clough will join Amy Weils of Barton & Loguidice to present A Billion Dollars Moves In: How Rome, NY Is Preparing for Chobani, highlighting the collaborative effort to modernize the City of Rome's Water Resource Recovery Facility to support major economic growth while addressing aging infrastructure and regulatory requirements.

Kevin Hickey will participate in the Brewery Guidance Panel, discussing new wastewater pretreatment guidance developed to help the fermented beverage industry navigate permitting, treatment, and regulatory considerations.

A beautiful day on the course and a great opportunity to spend time with good people.

Ryan and Scott joined Jason and Bryan at the MASA 2026 Masters Golf Tournament for a day of golf, conversation, and a little friendly competition. Events like this are a great chance to connect outside of meetings and continue building the relationships that make our work with Missouri schools so rewarding.

Project Completion Celebration | Town of Webster WRRF

Earlier this week, the team gathered onsite at the Town of Webster Water Resource Recovery Facility in New York to celebrate an important milestone in a truly transformational infrastructure project.

Craft workers, Town staff, project partners, and the Navitas team came together to recognize the collaboration, problem-solving, and hard work that helped bring this multi-phase project to completion.

This project modernized aging infrastructure, expanded treatment capacity, and positioned the Town to support significant regional growth, including the nearby fairlife® development. Most importantly, it was accomplished through a strong partnership focused on long-term operational performance and value for the community.

Projects like this do not happen without the people in the field, the operators, the leadership teams, and the many individuals working behind the scenes every day to move the project forward.

We’re proud to have partnered with the Town of Webster on a project that will serve the community for years to come.

Our company meeting is more more than just meetings and presentations. It's a chance to connect as a team, have some fun, and give back to the community.

We kicked things off at Chicken N Pickle with some friendly competition, good food, and plenty of laughs, it was a fun way for to spend time together away from the office. 🏓

After a morning of meetings and collaboration, we headed out into the community to get our hands dirty for a good cause. We partnered with the Heartland Tree Alliance to help plant trees and invest in the future of our community. It was a great opportunity to work together outside the office while contributing to something that will have a lasting impact for years to come. 🌳

Giving back and conserving resources are both important parts of who we are at , and this company meeting was a great reminder that strong teams are built both in and outside the workplace.
