This is a great bit of information for the new comers of parents who never raced.

Give your kid a good car!

What is roll out? The reaction time you see on your time slip actually has 2 components: driver reaction time and vehicle reaction time. Roll out is essentially vehicle reaction time. It is the time from when you move in the car until the car rolls out of the stage beam. You could be extremely consistent, but if your car does not leave the stage beam consistently, your reaction times will suffer.
