Big things are happening in Herriman, Utah, and we've got the dirt on our boots to prove it!

Yesterday, we were thrilled to join VCBO Architecture, Life Time Inc., the City of Herriman, and Jacobsen Construction to officially break ground on Life Time Herriman, the brand's much-anticipated second location in Utah.

With more than 100,000 square feet of space, Life Time Herriman will deliver a premier athletic country club experience featuring resort-style pools, pickleball courts, expansive fitness spaces, dynamic studios, and rejuvenating spa and wellness amenities, created for the way people live, move, and unwind.

We can't wait to see this one come to life!

Every day, our drafting team is knee-deep in the details of designing incredible projects. One of those awesome project is the Trails East residential community located in St. George, Utah. Our newest drafter, Jackson Powell puts it best: "There's something special about watching a project come to life from the drawing board to the actual skyline. We've tackled some tough technical hurdles along the way, but the energy and creativity our team brings to the table has made it a ton of fun."

We can’t wait to see the Trails East residential community fully built and adding beautiful new housing to the community!

Recognized as Utah Construction and Design Magazine's Most Outstanding Public Project over $10 Million , the new 136,000 square foot Spanish Fork Recreation Center is a structural and architectural feast for both the body and the eyes. With both a sloped and a flat running track, two full-sized basketball courts, indoor pickle-ball courts, indoor competition and activity pools, outdoor activity pool, lazy river, amazing studio spaces, weight room, and cardio spaces, there is never a lack of opportunity to get your body moving and enjoy every minute of it.

The open-air spaces are warm, inviting, offer incredible views, and inspire confidence and strength in body and mind just by stepping through the doors. ARW was honored to provide the structural design and support for this building and the incredible team that VCBO Architecture assembled for this project. Congratulations to Spanish Fork, VCBO Architecture, the design team, and Westland construction on an amazing project.

A major milestone for America First Credit Union Headquarters office building in Riverdale, Utah! Yesterday we celebrated the topping-out ceremony, marking the placement of the final structural beam at the highest point of the building's frame. Our engineers McKay Parrish, Jami Havens, and Scott VanderDoes were on-site to commemorate this significant achievement.

We were honored to have the chance to host a Giving Tree for Community Christmas, an event sponsored by Ogden School District and OWCAP - Ogden Weber Community Action Partnership. This all volunteer event strives to provide Christmas gifts and other essentials to approximately 2,000 children in Northern Utah. We're grateful for the opportunity to support such a meaningful initiative and be part of the positive impact it brings to our community.

Boasting 72,000 square feet, the new Young Subaru South Ogden dealership is Young Automotive Group’s largest dealership to date. The new dealership features a large service department with 52 high-performance service bays and a two-level world-class showroom, along with beautiful office space. A unique building layout was created to maximize the building space within the challenging property lines. ARW Engineers had the privilege to work with Center Pointe Construction and Case Lowe and Hart to build this flagship project for Young Automotive Group.
