"Zadrin is currently our Scale Clerk, but he regularly takes on additional responsibilities to help support our team. He assists with aggregate dispatching, logistics, and sales coordinator duties whenever needed.

Zadrin has cross-trained in several positions, including Scale Clerk, Sales Coordinator, and Dispatching, which allows him to step in and help keep operations running smoothly. He is always willing to help, dependable, and a great team player.

His positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to go above and beyond make him a valuable member of the PB Materials team. I believe he is very deserving of this recognition."
