We said goodbye — and thank you — to our Tool Room Manager, John Fairbanks, as he steps into a well-earned retirement after 18 years with D&H Industries.

From keeping production running tight to mentoring the next generation, John's fingerprints are on more of what we do than most people will ever know. That's the quiet kind of excellence that holds a shop together.

We celebrated with food, a personalized plaque full of his greatest one-liners, and a lot of stories we probably shouldn't repeat. 😄
