Restoration is never a one-person job 💪

Behind every completed project
is a crew working together
lifting
moving
planning
and helping each other through every stage of the process

That teamwork is what keeps restoration moving
even during the most challenging situations

Because SERVPRO crews don’t just show up to work
they show up for each other too 💚

🎬 Behind every restoration project
is a crew making it happen in real time

Equipment moving
plans in action
and every detail handled with purpose

These behind-the-scenes moments show the work
focus
and coordination that go into every SERVPRO response 💪

Because restoration doesn’t happen by accident
it happens through preparation and teamwork.

💧 Even new construction isn’t immune to water damage.

When water affects a property during the construction phase
fast mitigation becomes critical to help protect materials
prevent delays
and keep the project moving forward

SERVPRO of Ocala crews responded with professional drying equipment and restoration processes to help address the damage before it could spread further 💪

Because early response can make a major difference in the final outcome 💚

💚 25 years of leadership, service, and dedication.

Congratulations to Battalion Chief Pat Feagle on this incredible milestone with Ocala Fire Rescue. From disaster response deployments and special operations to mentorship, training, and community impact, your commitment to SERVing others has left a lasting mark across Ocala and beyond. 👏

Thank you for your years of leadership, sacrifice, and dedication to protecting the community and supporting the next generation of first responders.

Today, during the city of Ocala’s Council Meeting, we had the joy of celebrating Battalion Chief Pat Feagle’s 25 years of dedicated service to Ocala Fire Rescue.

Chief Feagle has been characterized by strong leadership, operational excellence, and his deep commitment to public safety. Rising through the ranks since the early 2000’s, he is widely respected within his department and across the fire service community.

Chief Feagle has spent over two decades on the department’s Special Operations Team and Task Force, responding to complex, high-risk incidents. He has deployed multiple times with Task Force and Incident Management Teams, including responses to Hurricane Michael and Hurricane Helene, supporting large-scale disaster operations across Florida.

A passionate advocate for training and development, he serves as a Training Task Force Chair at both the regional and state levels and has instructed at conferences nationwide. He also contributed locally by working for more than a decade at the Florida State Fire College and helping develop a high school Emergency Medical Responder program.
Chief Feagle holds a bachelor’s degree, Fire Officer IV certification, and numerous leadership credentials. His service has earned him multiple honors, including Life Saving Awards, Unit Citations, and Humanitarian Awards. Known as a “go-to” leader and mentor, he is committed to developing others and building strong teams.

He was also one of three founding members of the Ocala Police SWAT Medic Program, strengthening coordination between fire rescue and law enforcement.

Above all, Chief Feagle values his family. Alongside his wife, Ellie, he has raised four children—Michaela, Aidan, Delaney, and Riley—whom he considers his greatest accomplishment.

Congratulations on this outstanding achievement, BC Feagle! We appreciate your dedication to this fire service family and this community!

Neighborhoods feel different
when help has arrived

SERVPRO vehicles parked in residential areas
often mean one thing

A family is starting the recovery process
progress is happening
and restoration is already underway 💚

This Feel Good Friday
we’re grateful for the crews
the response
and the opportunity to SERV the community when it matters most

Because sometimes
seeing green outside the house
brings a little peace of mind 💪

Mold remediation is more than just removing visible growth.

During this process
SERVPRO crews apply specialized cleaning or antimicrobial solutions using professional
spray equipment to help treat affected areas and support the remediation process

Why does it matter?
Because mold spores can continue spreading through the air and surrounding materials if not handled properly

That’s why proper containment
treatment
and cleanup are critical during restoration 💚

Some emergencies happen fast..
faster than most people expect

And in moments like that
people don’t think about “stuff” first

They think about the things
they can’t replace

This is your reminder to think ahead
before the unexpected happens 🔥

SERVPRO Team Williams knows preparation matters
because every second can change the outcome 💚

Sometimes first responders end up rescuing more than just people.

Huge appreciation to Ocala Fire Rescue for showing compassion not only to the community, but also to these tiny furry visitors who unexpectedly found their way to the station. 💚

And a special shoutout to Marion Animal Services for stepping in to help these kittens get the care and safe home they deserve. Stories like this are a reminder that kindness and service go far beyond emergencies.

😺We may like treats, warm places, and even crawling through small spaces, but never did we think that our "spirit animals" would have such cute faces. 😺

Just when we thought our feline tales had come to an end with Dukes' Rescue, we were surprised with six tiny furballs dropped off at an unsuspecting fire station. If you're tracking, between Dukes and this litter, that averages to one kitten for each day of the week!

Warm as our hearts may have felt, our duty called, and before we could get attached, our little pals were whisked away to animal services. A huge shoutout to our pals at services for swooping in and saving the day!

🤓On a serious note: If you ever come across animals in distress, please reach out to your local animal services! Not only will they know what to do, but they'll make sure your furry friend finds a safe and loving home.

Water can travel through ceilings
walls
and flooring faster than expected

What starts as a visible leak
can quickly become hidden moisture damage behind the structure

That’s why fast mitigation
proper drying
and professional restoration matter 💪

SERVPRO Team Williams is ready to respond
help contain the damage
and keep recovery moving forward 💚
