Here’s a project we worked on recently locally. The thumb mount for this excavator cracked in several spots and was starting to rip off and also cracked the stick. We cut it all out, gouged out the cracks on the stick and added a backing plate and full pen welded it back then added a stiffner plate. We replaced the steel plate on the stick, welded a new thumb mount on and fixed a few other cracks on the machine then painted to match the factory paint.

On this project we got the chance to help out a friend at a local asphalt plant. We set up a new stacker, in ground hopper and an overhead shaker so that this company can now receive materials right from the railway. This was a fun project and we’re thankful for the opportunity to help out!

We’ve been blessed to be as busy as we are and have not had a chance to stay consistent on facebook. Heres a project we did a little while back.

A customer of ours acquired a telehandler and came across some old weld repairs on the booms. Some of the old welds were raised above flush and scraping on the inside of the next boom and a few of the old repairs were cracked. We gouged out all the old repairs and cracks and welded them back up correctly to get their machine back in use.

Last week we had a customer call in for an emergency winch cable swap out and also needed some 3/4” steel straightened out on his roll of truck, we got him fixed up and back on the road asap. We also had a local concrete crushing company find a 3ft long cracked weld on their excavator bucket, after some gouging and clean up we got it welded back up and able to get them back to work!

We received an urgent call from a general contractor asking us to come help out with some steel er****on and tons of welding on the new Advent hospital in Minneola. We were on site within 24hrs and got right down to business and we couldn’t have got it done without the help of some badass welders.

We’ve been lucky enough to be slammed with work! One of our recent jobs was an emergency call down to Naples to get one of our customers, Krushin It LLC back up and running. We welded in some steel plates over their pre screen in their crusher to keep them rolling on a pretty big site!
